Integrating Technology into the ELA Classroom: Tools to Support Reading and Writing


Whether you have a 1:1 classroom or can only get your hands on a few devices, technology can be used to meet individual students' needs or to foster collaboration between students. Middle school and high school English Language Arts teachers discussed tools for reading actively online, language development, and focusing on the writing process rather than the product. Teachers also shared the challenges of using technology and experiences with blended learning.
